수업 소개
Calling all BTS fans for this fun dance cardio workout party! We will start the class with a warm-up and deep stretch to get our muscles ready. Then we will sweat it out dancing to some upbeat BTS songs. Students will learn different movements through simple repetition. My teaching style is high energy and supportive. I encourage students to not be afraid to make mistakes, to let go and just have fun! After our cardio blast, the class will flow into a cool down. We will breathe deep through some yoga postures. This is a follow-along style class. No previous experience is required. Please bring water to stay hydrated.

This is a great way to get active for students who are short on time. We will go through stretching, dance cardio, and even some mindfulness exercise. Students will learn basic dance movements influenced by Hip Hop, Jazz, Contemporary and more.

Please make sure the student has a clear open space to dance in. The student should come to class in comfortable clothing that allows movements.

Hello!
I am an educator who teaches many subjects. My classroom is a place where we will have fun while learning and engaging with each other.
My main passion lies in the arts and movements. Dance has been a part of my life since a young age. Being a dancer and performer helped me understand my body, express myself, and build my confidence. That is what I like to help my students achieve as well. I have worked with kids as young as 3 years old to teenagers.
I also love arts and crafts. Drawing, painting, DIY, you name it! Through art, we will explore our creativity and discover interesting things about the world.

-I taught English in Japan for two years.
-I am obsessed with traveling. So far, I have been to 34 countries.
