Children with ADHD and ASD are welcomed to join this class. This class has a very flexible structure and is designed to help get out energy and then focus again on specific tasks to help bring the energy back down.
Please have at least 4 small stuffed animals (stuffies); rhythm sticks, maracas, or something to keep the beat that taps or shakes.

Parents please be advised that this is a physical class that needs room for your child to move in an open space. The student can wear socks, ballet shoes, or bare feet. Also, have a water bottle close by for when a student might need to drink water or take a break during class. Parents cannot join the class, as Outschool Policy requires parents to stay off camera.
