The Honest Truth by Dan Gemeinhart is a great book about dreams, survival, and adventure. It’s a book about having hope even when you're dealing with an illness. It is a 229 page book that will be read throughout a four week period. Students will be guided through discussions and encouraged to question and share their opinions and ideas about the characters and their situations.
