We will be learning a few basic greetings in Spanish with a main focus on the guiding question ¿Cómo estás? We will learn what this means and how we can ask and answer this question. We will cover a selection of words that describe our emotions so we can answer the question ourselves, and we will learn to talk about the emotions of others. Grammatically we will shift between talking about ourselves and talking about someone else. Students will have practice identifying emotions in support of social emotional awareness of self and others.
