Bonjour! My name is Laura. I am a French native speaker and I teach the class in French. I do translate as needed to help the learners to understand and memorize what they are learning. The class is for children from 8 to 12 years old. Some French is recommended before signing for this class but not mandatory if you apply yourself. The book and the workbook Les Loustics 3 are mandatory and learners must have them before starting class. Available on Amazon.com new or used. I am a fun teacher, I have a lot of patience, and I like to encourage the students to speak and write. À bientôt! Week 1-2: Pourquoi vont-ils chez le vétérinaire? Why do they go to the veterinarian? Method book lesson 1. Introduction to the future tense and review of past and present tenses. Workbook lesson 1, exercises in relation to lesson 1. Topics in relation to the : animals world, veterinary clinic. Week 2-3: Où iront-ils la semaine prochaine? Where will they go next week? Lesson 2: Visit to the zoo next week!
