Hello! My name is Miss Rae and I am a visual storyteller on YouTube. New to Outschool but a seasoned YouTuber, video creator & teacher. I create videos that help others see that it's possible to live an amazing life anywhere in the world! I am passionate about learning and sharing information with those who need it most.

I have a B.A. in Financial Economics and my final year thesis was on the economic development of Africa. After university 8 years ago, I began YouTube as a hobby self teaching and taking courses along the way. I blended both worlds on YouTube and have since created a fulfilling career creating content online. I have a TESOL certification and a certificate in Fashion Design.

With the growth of my channel over the last year, I have been teaching and providing private lessons on various topics, but specifically how to start a channel, grow an online community on YouTube and how to read analytics to get better results.

As a daughter, eldest sister, and online teacher, I value hands on learning at each students pace. I encourage all students to go out, test the market, collect as much data as possible by posting often - as all niches and paths are different. I encourage my students to participate often in class, as it keeps them engaged while also preparing their confidence on video for YouTube! And most importantly I encourage students to focus on topics they love, as authenticity and consistency are what grows channels!

Having built a large and engaged community online, I know what it takes to teach anyone how to successfully execute their online strategy to grow their YouTube channel (and other social media platforms as well!).

I love teaching and have been teaching private classes for over 10 years and online for over 1 year! I have taught ESL, bible studies, video editing, photo editing, makeup, finance, business, marketing, and YouTube!

Being an eldest sister of 3, with an age difference of 10 and 15 years (not to mention having many young cousins!), I have constantly been teaching kids for more than half my life! It brings me so much joy to see them happy and progressing in the fields they take up.
