Let's have fun recycling our empty toilet rolls! In this 5-week Flex class (NO LIVE CLASSES) students take empty toilet rolls and will craft Bugs, farm animals, jungle animals, domestic animals and will end with making themselves using toilet rolls. Each week we will work on a different theme. Each student will take a picture of their toilet roll craft and post their pictures to the classroom. It will be fun to see how creative you can be when crafting. An instructional video on how to make each animal and bug will be posted each week. It is to show how the craft can be done but I would like each student to be creative. The craft does not have to be done exactly like the video. First week: Bumble Bee and Butterflies Post Picture Second week: Farm animals: Bunnies and chick Post Picture Third week: Jungle animals: Monkey and Elephant Post Picture Fourth week: Domestic animals: Dog and Cat Post Picture Fifth week: You and your friend or brother or sister Post Picture By the end of the 5 weeks, each student will have 10 completed crafts.

Welcome to my classroom!
Hello! My name is Angie Lampietti. I have my B.A. in English from California State University, Long Beach. I am also a TESOL certificated teacher. I have taught Pre-kindergarten and Transitional Kindergarten. I was a Substitute Teacher (Kindergarten-12 grade) in Public and Private schools. I taught a year of RTI (Reading intervention) classes to Kindergarten, 2nd grade, and 5th grade. I am presently an ESL Teacher and have been teaching for 4 years.
I knew growing up that I wanted to be a teacher. It really was a dream come true and I have learned so much from the experience. I feel it is important for children to enjoy learning. Have fun with how they learn. Play and sharing are so important in learning. As a Transitional Kindergarten teacher, it was my job to teach kids how to get along, share, respect our friends, have fun in play and learn.
I have an amazing husband and 3 fun and amazing children ages 15, 12, and 9. My family loves nature walks, amusement parks, and spending time together. I am so lucky to be working online and being home for my kids. I do miss working in my Brick and Mortar classroom and I miss my TK kids but seeing the smile on my own kid's faces is awesome!
