Each child will need the Epicure banana bread mix and the Epicure silicone loaf pans plus: 
2 ripe medium bananas, peeled, 2 eggs and 1⁄3 cup vegetable oil
You will need to give yourself two weeks to order the mix and pans for them to arrive on time. If it does not arrive or if you prefer, you can use these ingredients: 

1 1/2.c flour
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. soft butter
1/3 c. milk
2 eggs
2 med. bananas, sliced or mashed
1 tbsp. lemon juice or vinegar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

You will also need a microwavable loaf pan, a bowl and spoon to mix ingredients and a fork to mash the banana. A measuring cup and measuring spoons are also necessary.

Warning: although this recipe does not require sharp knives or oven use, it does however require the student to use the microwave. This can cause a burn if not used properly. Please review with your child how to use the microwave correctly and provide the child with oven mitts to protect the hands. 
Also, if using Epicure products, this recipe will be nut free and gluten free. However, when using regular flour, this might not be the case. Please provide your child with ingredients that are safe for his or her dietary needs.
