The goal of this class is to offer emerging learners a comfortable, fun and encouraging environment to reinforce their natural curiosity.  While learning about animals, habitats and behaviors, we will also be working on listening skills, sharing information and asking questions.
Young children naturally love to learn new things and have fun while doing so. That is exactly what this class will be about. Although the students will be learning fact based information, the most important goal is that they have fun while learning.
Each week there will be  a slide show depicting the animal of the week. After each meeting the students will get a coloring sheet of the animal to color and share with the group the following week. 
This club will meet weekly and each week we will focus on a different animal. No prior knowledge is required and the content does not build on previous sessions so students can join the club at any time.
