Batik is an ancient art form that has been around for centuries. In our one time art class, your child will learn about batik, learn science concepts behind this art style, and create their own paper batik art project.
During our class, we will discuss what is batik, the origins of it, and how it is used in today's world. I will share my screen so that the kids will be able to see examples of batik. I encourage the kids to ask questions about our class topic because that is...Learners will create their own paper batik art projects and learn about the science behind this art style.
I am a certified teacher in the state of Texas, and taught elementary grades in Texas as a public school teacher. I also teach home school classes with my local home school organization where I have taught art lessons as part of unit studies. I home schooled my two sons through high school.
