*ELAGSE6W1: Students will be able to write arguments to support claims with clear reasons and relevant evidence.

*ELAGSE6W2: Students will be able to write informative/explanatory texts to examine a topic and convey ideas, concepts, and information through the selection, organization, and analysis of relevant content.

*ELAGSE6W3: Students will be able to write narratives to develop real or imagined experiences or events using effective techniques, relevant descriptive details, and well-structured event sequences.

I have several degrees : a Bachelor's degree in English, an M.A.T. degree in Secondary English Education and a Specialist degree in Curriculum and Instruction. I have been teaching 6th grade ELA for six years in the public school system.
