This course will review key points and provide guided practice problems and exam strategies for the AP Chemistry curriculum to help students prepare for the exam scheduled for May 1, 2023. I am a college professor and have taught General Chemistry (the college course mirrored by AP Chemistry) for the past 14 years. I taught AP Chemistry for six years before that.

Learners will need pencil, paper and a scientific or graphing calculator for use during class. It is suggested that learners purchase an AP Chemistry review to provide additional practice, however these will not be used during class. Review book such as those published by Barrons or Princeton Review or one that accompanies the textbook they use in class would be appropriate.
