Students will improve their understanding of specific test-taking strategies connected to each concept covered on the SAT Math exam. Through practice and repetition of solving problems directly from the exam, students are able to efficiently and correctly answer test-item questions. 

I am a professional ACT and SAT tutor with years of experience. My detailed lesson plans focus on the areas where students struggle the most and teach test-taking strategies that can be directly applied to every problem on the test. My curriculum teaches how to solve and answer every type of problem tested on the exam and places particular emphasis on test-taking strategies to apply with the opportunity to apply them to a wide array of example problems. I offer individualized feedback reports based on testing data trends from five practice exams, that are meant to guide a student toward a higher score and to instill within them a greater sense of confidence in execution on exam-day. This course also offers a detailed description of executive functioning skills, which help a student to set goals, study smarter, and multitask various elements of their individual lives for a proactive approach to academic success (this extends out into all areas of a student's life).
