As a Kindergarten teacher, experienced in student inquiry, I will build upon your child's love of dinosaurs! Students will learn some fun facts about dinosaurs.  They will have the opportunity to ask questions and share their own knowledge of dinosaurs. The students will then learn how to draw their very own T- Rex step-by step, through directed drawing.  Using my own easel, I will give your child step by step instructions to help them create their own adorable T-Rex drawing. Directed drawing is beneficial to children because it helps to develop listening skills, focus and creativity.  As well, your child will gain confidence in their ability to create beautiful art.  If there is time, drawings may be coloured or painted and shared.
