My expertise ensures that each session is engaging, supportive, and tailored to the needs of young learners, helping them cultivate mindfulness and creativity in a fun and interactive environment.
Please ensure that your child has an open workout space free from obstacles and a comfortable, non-slip surface like a yoga mat or blanket to prevent any injuries. Children can participate barefoot or wear grip socks to ensure proper footing. It is important that your child can follow simple directions to ensure they can follow along and safely enjoy the class.
