In this course, young ballet dancers will explore ballet technique through anatomical concepts. We will discuss bones, muscles and anatomical systems from a ballet perspective! This is a motion based class and dancers should be prepared to move while watching lectures (comfortable clothes and at least 6 square feet of space). This class involves physical movement. If your learner requires accommodations, please reach out to me prior to the start of the course. This course is able to be adapted to include all dancers.
Class terminology is based off of traditional Vaganova Ballet technique.
