Students will choose the materials and methods they will use for their dream journal, write their first entry, and formulate short term and long term plans to support their new writing habit.
I have been a professional Language Arts tutor for over twelve years, and have been journaling and dream journaling for over twenty years.
Students will need a journal (any blank notebook or even a packet of stapled or paper-clipped paper will do) and a writing instrument such as a pencil or pen. A few separate pages for note-taking are recommended if the student prefers not to take notes in the dream journal itself.
