세부 내용: Homework will be provided after the first class of each week for the practice of the student. This allows for the reinforcement of the concepts. However, it will not be graded, instead, during our second session we will be answering any questions from the assignment, going through each problem together and clarifying any misunderstandings. Additional links will be provided to allow students to practice independently, but it is the responsibility of the student to engage with the content outside of the classroom.

세부 내용: The class provides opportunity for students to ask and answer questions. It also focuses on empowering each student to be able to reteach the content they are learning so that they are confident in what they are doing.  If a student is able to confidently reteach the content to me repeatedly, I know they are understanding. We will also have games and other activities that will assess student learning inside the learning context. Homework is also an assessment tool.

Students should know how to graph equations on a coordinate plane. Students should also know how to evaluate equations and manipulate equations to solve for one or more variables. These are not mandatory prerequisites, but it would help.
