In this twice-weekly ongoing class, students will learn the "why" behind the "how" of 7th grade concepts using concrete examples, free ck12 online interactive curriculum, and in-depth instruction. Each week we will follow along the ck12 7th grade curriculum map. Missed the previous weeks? Not to worry! Each week is taught as a stand-alone math concept, and students can jump in and out at any time. If you choose to complete the whole cycle, your student will obtain a complete, in-depth 7th...
Students will learn 7th grade math concepts and improve their math confidence.
I am a licensed 4-12 Math Teacher, with experience teaching 7th grade in Public school, tutoring students of all ages, and working with diverse learners. Please see my teacher bio for more information!
Students will need pencil and paper (or a whiteboard and a marker).

This class requires a ck12 login and account. Students will be assigned 2-3 lessons each week to go along with the in-class learning. We will also occasionally utilize Blooket to play review games and to provide fun, after class practice for students. An account is NOT required, but students may create one if they would like.
Students will be provided a "weekly agenda" every Monday morning, and will utilized various third-party websites such as ck12 and Blooket to enhance learning.
