This course will cover the math topics that are often taught at the 5th grade level. However, not all students are at the same level at the same time. Therefore this course is for any grade or age of student, that needs to learn, or relearn, long division, fractions, geometry, or graphs. Each student will receive a Google Slide presentation that they will use to practice and take quizzes and assessments. Students will have an individualized Google Slide presentation that they will complete work on each week. Calculator dry erase board and marker or paper and pencil
This class uses Kahoot! as an outside resource. It will be used as a class review and reward. Students do NOT need to register or sign up to use Kahoot! They will be given a code that is unique to our session for every game we play. If you have any questions or concerns, please, let me know. This class uses Google Slides. Students do have to have access to an unblocked Google account. Students that use school owned Chromebooks may need to use an alternate device to use the Slides.
