Each class will cover a letter and sound. We will start class practicing the target sound with objects and words. For example, the word cat has three letter sounds (c, a, and t). By learning each letter sound, they will begin to put together words. I will teach the sounds using slow, regular and fast speeds. This is an ongoing class with a different letter focus each week. We will trace letters and learn fun songs for better letter recognition. Class 1: Letter S Class 2: Letter A Class 3:...
Students will work on letter recognitions. Students will work on words with those letters. Students will work on sounding out letters. Students will learn songs to help with letters.
