*Bringing awareness to our thoughts, feelings, and actions allows us to change the world around us and how we act/react. Together we will work through life experiences and practice mindfulness each day. What you can expect in class: 3-4 minutes of conversation in the beginning, so I can get to know where your learner is at. 10-13 minutes of practicing our daily intention and guided meditation. 3-5 minutes of reflection and going deeper into our intentions. Each day of class is different, although we follow a weekly theme: Week of May 2nd - Gratitude Week of May 9th - Awareness of Emotions Week of May 16th - Love of Self & Others Week of May 23rd - Empathy Your learner can do an initial check-in via video in the beginning and if they're more comfortable doing so, they can turn their video off to relax during our guided meditation.
