This class provides 1-on-1 personalized coaching on developing time management skills. During the first session, the learner and I will discuss time management goals and struggles the learner currently has. From there, we will develop a plan for each goal using the S.M.A.R.T. goal method. Since this is an ongoing class, we will meet once a week. I have taught a variety of time management skills to middle schoolers, high schoolers, and college students for multiple years.
While I will provide digital copies of the strategies that we use, such as a calendar and the Eisenhower matrix, learners are encouraged to have their own planner or assignment notebook.
