🎉This class is for students wanting to improve grammar, reading, and English speaking. We will use the BOOK LISTED IN THE SUPPLIES section of this listing to guide the lesson. This class will be structured by using our books to guide us with some additional Google Slides and other extension activities for the lesson. Students are welcome complete part of the book at home as homework, but we will also complete several parts in class. Students should be able to read and write English at a basic-intermediate level. 

***Since this is a 1-1 class, week 1 will begin with student enrollment and we will continue on the schedule. 
Week 1- Who am I?/Conversation practice & Asking for Directions and Information
Week 2- Family and Relationships & Houses
Week 3- School and Work & Review Chapters 1-5 (reviews can take 2 days)
Week 4- Health and Feelings & Parts of the Body
Week 5- Jobs & Likes and Dislikes
Week 6- Past Events & Review Chapters 6-10 (reviews can take 2 days)
Week 7- Sports & Clothing
Week 8- Transportation & Hobbies
Week 9 Food & Review Chapters 11-15 (reviews can take 2 days)
Week 10- Holidays and Travel
Week 11- Description & Daily Activities
Week 12- Manners & Future Events
Week 13- Book Review

👉🏼CLASSROOM POLICIES:
-Please try to be on time. In the case of a screen sharing class, it may be difficult to help late students if they need.
-Be sure students have on shirts and bottoms (if it is a dancing/moving class).
-I don’t always mute students, but I will if the background is too noisy. Please be sure your student knows how to unmute when it is time. 

👉🏼PARENTS/CARETAKERS: 
Please be sure to stay off camera as much as possible for the comfort and safety of all learners. 

👉🏼SIBLINGS:
I can accommodate for siblings if the class is age appropriate by opening another slot, upon request. If the sibling is not enrolled in the class, please be sure they are not seen on camera. If more than one sibling is enrolled, they may share 1 device. 

👉🏼REFUNDS:
I do not often offer refunds for missed classes (unless I miss). Outschool uploads our class video after every class and students will be able to view the class later. If you must miss an ongoing class you can choose to unenroll to avoid payment, but the spot may or may not be filled when ready to re-enroll. Otherwise, you can refer to the video.
