Calling all history enthusiasts! This is a fun, interactive ongoing class where you can come and battle it out! Students will get to play a variety of trivia games that will test their World War Two history knowledge and learn new and interesting facts! In some activities, students will work with their classmates, whereas in other activities students will play independently against their classmates. Students are expected to come to class ready to have fun and with a positive attitude....
Students will work together or individually to expand their knowledge of World War Two facts and test their knowledge!
I have an undergraduate degree in History and I am a certified teacher with qualifications to teach intermediate and senior divisions of History. I have specifically studied World War Two in great lengths to help understand all details of the war. My lessons will be factually based using a variety of trusted sources that I have acquired through my research.
This course is based on military history so topics related to war will be discussed but in trivia games. No graphic images or videos will be shown. Students will from time to time be expected to use Kahoot or Blooket. Both are online websites that do not require anything to be downloaded in advance. During class time, I will share a direct link with the students through the Zoom chat. Students will have to enter their first name or a nickname to play. No other personal information will be required.
