Beginner レベル向け

In this 8-week course, students are expected to learn to read, spell, define, and use a robust set of vocabulary words to improve their expression. They will also learn to articulate what they think and feel more concisely using the vocabulary words they are working on.
The class is 35 minutes. 5 minutes are introductory, and housekeeping and 30 minutes are for instruction.
I adapt my teaching style according to the group.
This is a full immersion with face-to-face interaction throughout the entirety of the course.

It is expected that students, upon completion of this short course, will enhance their usage of larger words, increase their expression, articulate more definitively, and improve the speed at which they can choose robust vocabulary for sentences.

Verbal redirection is applied as needed for learners with difficulty staying on task. Parent/guardians can message me prior to class if their learner needs an accommodation in order to participate.

I have a bachelor's degree from Catawba College. I also have a 120-hour TEFL certificate to teach English as a second language. I have taught classes open to the public for special needs adults and have in the past volunteered in elementary school leading reading groups for two years 2 to 3 days a week.
