In this multi-day class, we will begin by reviewing the concepts from the first part of this music series. Then we will move on to learning more fundamental chords, building in difficulty and intensity as we progress our learning during the entire course. Students will be taught how to strum in more complex rhythms to match each song tempo (example: DDU-UDU). The student will learn and improve upon their musical ability with playing the ukulele and memorizing its chord fingerings. Singing is heavily encouraged, although it is not necessary a part of the curriculum (songs/melodies will be taught and singing or humming the tune is helpful to beginner students).
