In this 4-day class students will learn about the history of letter writing, and have the opportunity to write four letters of their own. 

Each class will begin with a brief reading of excerpts from genuine historical letters, focusing on a different topic each day. We will discuss variations on the topic and ways that the student can personalize it to themselves and to their letter's recipient.
