Simple ingredients that you may already have in your fridge and pantry! 

No need to run to the grocery store during these critical times - substitutions possible if needed as well, just ask :) 

Here is what you need so you can have an idea before signing up:

self-raising flour (or 1 cup all-purpose flour + 1 teaspoon baking powder + 1/4 teaspoon salt) *GF options below 
yogurt or sour cream *DF options below 

To assemble the pizza (Toppings of choice): 
Tomato sauce or Basil Pesto sauce or any other pizza sauce you like 
Shredded mozzarella cheese  
Colored bell peppers; sliced  
Fresh mushrooms, sliced
Arugula  
Spinach 
Sweet corn  
Thyme or rosemary  
Extra toppings and herbs of choice 

*The necessary ingredients would be the flour and the yogurt/sour cream  to make the dough! If you could not locate yogurt, please let me know and I will provide you with a substitution! 
*For GF: you can use GF flour blend 
*For DF: you can use DF yogurt 
**All toppings are optional. I will also provide the recipe after the class.
