When I’m not teaching, I am a health- and life coach, board certified by the Association of Drugless Practitioners. I have a passion for working with moms, teens, and children, helping my clients craft awesome lives they love. In my capacity as a coach I’ve led groups and taught classes and workshops for over a decade. I'm also a homeschooling mom with a tween and a teen who are two of the funniest, most interesting joys of my life.
