⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Calling all heroes! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ In this ongoing class, we will be helping Spidey, Miles Morales, Gwen Stacy and all of their friends save the world! This class is great for afterschool fun! Each week we will be solving a new mystery. Students will use their super powers to help solve the mystery. Great to get out those after school wiggles! ⭐️ This unique class set up is perfect for 3-6 year olds. ⭐️ ⭐️ In this 25 minute class learners will: 🌈 share "good news" and have an opportunity to socialize. Kids can share a toy or something that makes them happy or excited! 🌈 quick story time - this is when the teacher will introduce the "mystery." I will have a story I wrote prepared to present the mystery! 🌈 warm up 🌈 freeze dance - we will play a few rounds of freeze dance! This gives learners an opportunity to move around. We will alternate freeze dance and 'mystery solving!' 🌈 solve mystery - during this portion of the class, we will be using our super powers (math skills and/or literacy skills) to save the day! ⭐️⭐️⭐️ CLASS SCHEDULE ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🌈 Week 1 Sept 12 - Sept 16 - Where is Hulk?! 🌈 Week 2 Sept 19 - Sept 23 - Trace - E is missing? 🌈 Week 3 Sept 26 - Sept 30 - Black Panther Visits 🌈 Week 4 Oct 3 - Oct 7 - Miles, where did you go? More classes will be added soon! I so look forward to meeting your little heroes! See you soon! ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Reasons I use a freeze dance set up ⭐️⭐️⭐️ 🌈 From my experience, 3-6 year olds need frequent brain breaks from learning. I have found so much success with using freeze dance as our built in brain break! 🌈 Freeze Dance allows and encourages kids (& parents & teachers) to move their bodies! Kiddos are encouraged to move around freely! 🌈 Benefits to using creative movement and dance as teaching tools in the classroom include increased student understanding of content and improved classroom focus! Please make sure students are supervised during freeze dance. Students will be moving and need a clean, clear, safe space to move around. Please have water nearby if needed!

Hello! My name is Lili Flores!
I have a Bachelors of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies EC-6 (Education Prek- 6th Grade) with a Bilingual component from Texas State University.
I taught Kindergarten for 4 years and 2nd grade for 1 year in a traditional classroom setting. I have 4 years of online teaching experience. I started teaching on Outschool in 2020 and have loved connecting with students and families here!
My goal for my online classroom is to create a space where my students feel listened to, comfortable and loved; all while having fun!
We will be learning and playing together! I love keeping my classes active so make sure you bring some water with you!
Spanish is my first language and I love teaching kiddos to love it. I also love drawing, reading books and laughing. I look forward to doing all of those things with your kiddos.
I believe relationship is the foundation of any teacher/student interaction. It is my hope that all of my students feel seen, heard and valued.
