🎉 ¡Bienvenidos! Welcome! 👋🏽

This is a beginner-level Spanish class and it will be mostly in Spanish with English translation as needed. Our goal is 80% Spanish and 20% English. 

Come ready to sing, dance, and have fun while learning! 🎶💃🏽

Each week we will learn about:
-The seasons & weather ☔️☀️❄️🍃
-A new color 🎨
-A new shape 🟢
-A new number 🔟

✨ We also practice basic conversation with each student getting a chance to practice their speaking skills! After class, students will receive a printable homework sheet to help them reinforce what we just learned together!  

We often practice drawing so please have some paper & markers ready before class! 🖍


Class schedule:

Sept 4 & 6: Color rojo, Circle, Número 1 

Sept 11 & 13: Color azul, Square, Número 2

Sept 18 & 20: Color Amarillo, Triangle, Numero 3

Sept 28 & 30: Color verde, rectangle, Número 4

CLASS EXPECTATIONS/MUTING:
As we begin class it is important for your child's microphone to be turned on, as we say "hola" and start our class. As a parent, I understand that sometimes background noise is unavoidable so please feel free to mute your child as needed. I also will sometimes mute them if there is too much noise or distraction. However, please teach your child how to unmute so that they can participate in the class later.

For the first few classes, please have a parent nearby (but off screen) in order to provide any support that the student might need while they adjust and feel comfortable learning online.

SIBLINGS:
If you have more than one learner enrolled in the class, each learner that wants to participate must be enrolled to be fair to other students participating. Enrolled siblings are always welcome to share a screen during class.
