**** This class is Part 2 of the semester series, if your learner has no Spanish experience, I recommend my Introduction Class**** 

In this 10 weeks class for beginners, students will learn the basics of the Spanish language. This class is for students with No previous experience with Spanish. We will practice the pronunciation as a group and then I will ask each student to repeat the vocabulary after me, giving each students individual attention and meeting their level. It will be a bilingual class English/Spanish.

The material will be sent after class and includes the vocabulary along with an audio to help students practice the pronunciation and an exercise to practice the written part. If a student can not attend a class, the audio will provide all the tools to practice the concepts and the pronunciation taught during each class. Each class will have an exercise to be completed after class to help students practice the written part. The activities and games will cover previous classes to keep practicing each week with lots of repetition.


*****CLASS RECORDING POLICY : I do not share recordings of my group classes in order to protect the privacy of all learners  (many parents do not feel comfortable with other families having access to videos that include their child and many students feel uncomfortable having others watch how they make mistakes). If your student misses a class, upon request,  I will send you a video with the vocabulary and the grammar or offer a make up class, as I want to make sure students have the correct pronunciation and understand the concepts.
**During the last 5 to 10 minutes of class, students will review the vocabulary using interactive games from a website called
"Blooket" or Educaplay,. Students Do Not need to create an account, just a parent permission to Blooket.com/play and use a Game ID that I will screen share, or use the link that I will provide in the chat. Only the students that are present in class that day will be allowed to play. 

Since it is a Beginners class, students will be encourage to practice the pronunciation and create sentences using the vocabulary they know, that will help them gain confidence as they will begin to think and speak in Spanish rather than translating.
The routine of the class will be as follow:
1. Greetings
2. Review of vocabulary
3. Introduction of new vocabulary and repetition
4. Introduction of the grammar structure
5. Students practice
6. Game/ Activity

• Vocabulary related to places
• Verb "To be' to indicate location
• Sentences  in the affirmative and negative form.

💫Students will learn:
 • Verbs I in the infinitive form.
 •  Conjugation in the present continuous tense.

💫 Students will learn:
• Verbs II vocabulary
•  Sentences in the negative form.
🕹️ Students will review using activities and games

💫Students will Learn:
• Verb " To Do"
• Present Progressive
🕹️ Students will review using activities and games
📝 Home Practice: PDF or Goggle form with an exercise to practice the written part.

💫 Students will learn: 
• How to make questions using:
• What are you doing?
• Sentences using the negative form.
🕹️ Students will review using activities and games
📝 Home Practice: PDF or goggle form with an exercise to practice the written part.

⭐️ Week Six:
💫 Students will Learn : 
• Verbs related to chores at home
💫 Students will review:
• How to make sentences in the affirmative and
   negative form.
🕹️ Students will review using activities and games
📝 Home Practice: PDF or Google form with an exercise to practice the written part.

⭐️ Week Seven:
💫 Students will learn:
• How to make questions using intonation
• How to give Yes/ No answers
🕹️ Students will review using activities and games
📝 Home Practice: PDF or Goggle form  with an exercise to practice the written part.

⭐️ Week eight:
💫Students will learn:
• How to make questions using inversion
• Vocabulary related to food, drinks and sports
🕹️ Students will review using activities and games
📝 Home Practice: PDF or Goggle form with an exercise to practice the written part.
