My hope is for students to leave class each week, feeling empowered, uplifted, encouraged, and equipped with tools to combat stress/anxiety, increase mindfulness, and make the most of each day!
I have a master's degree in School Psychology, and have a great deal of experience in developing and facilitating classes to engage students in managing stress/anxiety and practicing mindfulness strategies.
Learners will want to bring a journal or some paper, and something to write with to each class. Additional materials needed for specific class dates will be listed on the Classroom page the week prior to each class.
