Students will be able to:
     - Explain Different Styles of Note-Taking
     - Explain the Advantages and Disadvantages of Each Style
     - Choose the Styles that They Like and Find Effective for Their Own Style
     - Identify Cornell Notes, The Outline Method, Mapping, and Annotations
     - Develop Corresponding Questions to the Notes
     - Identify the Objective of Information
     - Share Questions and Respond to Them
     - Locate an Article on a Topic of Interest 
     - Demonstrate Different Arguments
     - Annotate an Article 
     - Explain the Symbols You Choose
     - Identify the Important Information Presented in Materials

I have taught these types of notes all five years of my professional career and teach several middle school through high school courses and note-taking courses on Outschool. I have Advanced Placement and AVID training, both of which work closely with effective note-taking and close-reading to help students with their understanding of material.
