Hello Ninjas! If your ready to have fun, and work hard, while learning martial arts, this is the class for you! In this class we will be incorporating the "floor is lava" theme into agility, martial arts, character development and age appropriate self-defense for beginners through advanced students. Students will be encouraged to work at their own pace and focus on doing their best while learning Israeli Self-Defense, Karate, Brazilian Ju Jitsu, and Tae Kwon Do. "Floor chats" will be...

Students will identify "bad guys" as any person that makes them feel uncomfortable. Students will be instructed to only do martial arts if someone is hurting their body.
