Each week of this on going class, students will be read a different book that discusses one or more emotion or feeling. This course will help students learn to identify their different feelings and discuss ways to manage our emotions safely.  We will talk about breathing techniques, safe adults, safe spaces, and other techniques week to week. This class is good for students who need support dealing with different emotions and feelings.
