In this class we will be playing Dungeons and Dragons! This campaign will follow the Dungeons & Dragons module, The Lost Mine of Phandelver. This module is designed for new players, and takes place starting at level 1. This module sees the characters hired by a dwarf merchant, Gundren Rockseeker, hire them to escort a wagon to Phandalin. This class uses the virtual tabletop platform “Roll20” to play D&D, allowing learners to see the elements of the game and interact with them. “Roll20” is only compatible with a laptop or desktop computer, so please ensure your learner is not joining from a phone or tablet. You will need to create an account for your learner on Roll20. Once your learner has enrolled in the class, we will reach out with a guide to joining Roll20 and help get their character sheet uploaded.
We will be using Roll20 for this campaign. https://roll20.net We highly recommend your student own a copy of The Player's Handbook as it can be excellent for reference and ideas.
