In this engaging beginner class, students will dance along to the favorite songs from Disney's Moana, while learning basic ballet steps. This is a live virtual class only; I do not have in-person classes. Students will learn a warm-up, play dance games, learn real ballet steps (and their French terminology) and learn a dance to "How Far I'll Go" from Disney's Moana movie. Students will even get to participate in some fun Moana Trivia! After class, students can perform the dance they learned...
Students can wear dance shoes or socks, and comfy clothes to move in (or even their favorite prince or princess outfit). A bottle of water may be needed in case students get thirsty. No former dance training or experience necessary. Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
