In this math class, a new first grade semester 2 math skill will be taught each week.  The class will begin with teacher directed learning as the new skill is introduced to learners.  We will practice together as a whole class to solve examples given in class.  After direct instruction, students will be given the opportunity to put into practice the weekly skill.
