Help your tween or teen develop essential life skills with this self-paced Cleaning Bootcamp! 
In this 4-lesson course, students will learn how to declutter, organize, and clean their kitchen while building lasting habits that keep their space tidy. 
✨Cleaning and organizing can be fun and rewarding, and this class breaks it down into simple, easy-to-follow steps that make it manageable for young learners.✨

Each lesson includes:

🧹 Engaging Video Presentations: Learn cleaning tips, safety practices, and product recommendations, with a focus on organizing.
📝 Interactive Learning: After each video, students can share their cleaning progress and discoveries by posting comments.
🔍 Scavenger Hunt: At the end of each video, students will look for a fun scavenger hunt item and share pictures with the class!
Class Structure:

2 min: Safety and cleaning tips
10-20 min: Teacher-led instruction on cleaning techniques and organizing advice
2 min: Discussing how to build lasting cleaning habits
10-30 min: Students apply lessons by cleaning and organizing their space
This course is perfect for helping young people gain confidence in caring for their home and belongings. It encourages independence, responsibility, and the skills to maintain a clean home.

 We will be learning about how to clean the dishwasher, do handwash dishes, clean the counter and the sink.

保護者へのお知らせ

Students will be using cleaning chemicals so please make sure they know what is safe for them to use. We will go over basic safety with cleaning products. Students will also be going over dejunking/organizing please look over the spaces we plan to work on each week and advise students what they can and cannot get rid of.

With over 14 years of experience working with children and youth, I’ve taught in various roles, including as a preschool teacher, church youth leader, 4-H adviser, and homeschooling parent. I also taught community classes for children ages 3-15 at my local community college, helping young learners explore new skills in a fun, interactive environment.

I have training in early childhood education, working with children with special needs, and supporting at-risk youth. I also love being creative—whether it’s crafting, sewing, or cake decorating—and I’m passionate about weaving that creativity into every class. 🎨🎂

My family and I live on a small farm with a variety of animals, including my beloved milk cows! 🐄 I’m excited to bring my love of learning, farm life, and hands-on exploration to your student.
