Students learn the elements of how to draw a variety of characters. We focus on different part of the anatomy from facial features to body shapes. We learn about perspective and different character poses. We will also work on drawing out clothing detail. We learn how to use current fantasy art examples to give us inspiration that we can incorporate in our work.

Homework is optional. I ask students to finish off the detail of their drawings and present it at the beginning of next week's class. Note: sharing is is optional. I am sensitive to that not all students may wish to share their work with their class directly.
