A lot of these items can be found at Dollar General, Michaels, Walmart, and some at Joanns.  Joanns and Michaels both accept online coupons.

2 large mixing bowls
Sifter
Small bowl
***Optional***Turntable (lazy Susan) cake stand (Michaels; Bed, Bath, and Beyond, Joanns)
(2 ) 6” or 8” round cake pans
Baking Spatula (Walmart, Michels)
***Optional*** Cake leveler(Walmart, Michaels)
1/2 cup measuring cup
Stand up mixer or hand held mixer
Grippy material
Whisk
Rubber spatula
10” round piece of cardboard for base (Michaels) or cardboard cut by you wrapped in foil :)

Wax paper(or parchment paper, I will use wax paper)

For cake:

2- Betty Crocker Super moist cake mix in the flavor you want.  (If you chose a different box cake, that’s okay, but you will just need to make sure it calls for 3 eggs, and 1/2 cup oil or adjust your ingredients according to the directions on your box)
6 eggs
2 cups water
1 cup vegetable oil
Non-stick cooking spray

For cake frosting:

2 cups(4 sticks) softened butter
2 teaspoons vanilla
16 teaspoons milk
8 cups powdered (confectioners) sugar

For cake decorating:

Sprinkles
2 cups pink candy melts
2-3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 cup white chocolate chips or white candy melts
Sprinkles
1 ice cream cone
2 lollipop sticks
**Optional** - Colored macaroons  (I will not be using them in the video)

For cookie dough:

2 1/4 cups Flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup unsalted butter (Softened to room temperature)
3/4 cup granulated (white) sugar1 large egg, at room temperature
2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
1/4 or 1/2 teaspoon almond extract (optional, but it makes a great flavor)

For cookie icing:

Confectioners’ (powdered) sugar (we will be using 4 cups per recipe)
Meringue powder (we will be using 3 Tbsp per recipe)(Michaels, Walmart)
Water
