アフリカ系アメリカ人の歴史: 初期の公民権運動家 || アイダ B. ウェルズ

In this lesson, students will learn about a very significant person in African American history, Ida B Wells. She was a very remarkable and courageous lady who wanted there to be changes in America. She believed in equality, respect and justice for all people and that is what she spent her life fighting for. Ida B Wells exposed the racism and brutality against black people in the USA. Students will learn how this early civil rights leader advocated for black lives and equality. We will discuss how she fought for women's rights and how she helped create some very important organizations still used today. They will learn about her early life and how she made a difference in America. We will have discussions about racism, slavery, lynching, and equality in America. 

This class will be very informative and it also connects to my other African American classes. This lesson will be interactive, and each student will have an opportunity to share their thoughts and opinions. If you have any questions about the class or suggestions please send a message.
