I have been teaching for over 8 years as a kindergarten teacher. I have also had experience as a private tutor and online educator for students ages K-5. I graduated from Westminster College with my Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood and Special Education. I am a certified teacher in the state of Colorado. In addition to teaching kindergarten for 8 years, I have also had 2 years of experience teaching students online in a virtual classroom.
Please have your child come to class with paper and markers/crayons. If you have a dry erase board for your student that would be very helpful as well.
- Please feel free to sit next to your child during this lesson to provide support. If you chose to join them, please be sure that you are out of camera view to avoid any distractions to the classroom. - I do not wish to mute the class during the lesson as my goal is to have all students unmuted. To help with this, please be sure that your child is in a quiet learning environment with little distractions.
