In this engaging and personalized course, learners will receive one-on-one attention from an experienced teacher dedicated to helping them build a strong foundation in reading. With a focus on the science of reading, learners will develop their knowledge of sounds, letters, and phonics skills, starting with an informal assessment in the first session to determine individual needs. Each week, new skills will be introduced, with feedback and practice exercises provided to ensure progress outside of class. While private classes are recommended for optimal results, group classes are also available for those who prefer a social learning environment. For very young learners and beginning readers, the Phonemic Awareness class is a great option, while more advanced readers can explore Level 3 and 4 Reading classes.
