In this one-time class, students take a tour of Ms. Jessica's zoo, only to find that all the signs have been lost from the animals' homes! Students must then follow the challenging, fun, and exciting clues to discover the identities of all the mystery animals in the zoo!
In this fun, game style class setting, students will use their critical thinking skills and prior knowledge of animals to identify the animals from the given clues. Students will interact and engage with the teacher and other students to learn about the animals.  Clues will involve anything from environment of the animal, sound of the animal, behaviors of the animal, or other interesting fact about the animal.  We might even have fun acting and sounding like the animals!
Does a student know a fun animal fact?  Bring it share with the class! (not required)
Students are also welcome to bring a stuffed zoo animal to class to share. (not required)
At the end of this class, students will have exercised their analytical skills and learned new facts about animals in a light-hearted, social environment.
