In this class, students will learn the Russian alphabet through movements. We practice a yoga pose for each letter of the Russian alphabet. We speak mostly Russian during this class, but an English explanation will be provided if needed. The teacher is fluent in both languages.
Class Structure:
Our class starts with a greeting. Next 20 minutes of the class we practice yoga poses that correlate to 33 letters of the Alphabet.  Every class we review the letters and learn new ones, so it's not a problem if you join us not in the first week.
Last minute we play games.

Yoga Disclaimer: This class will include some gentle yoga. No yoga experience is needed. It is important to have a clear space with less distraction and a yoga mat or beach towel.
