¡Sí! Círculo social diario para niños de preescolar a jardín de infantes y clase de preparación escolar (de 3 a 6 años)

This class will focus on building a young child's social, physical, emotional, and cognitive development by introducing them to social time where they can share their interests. They will also learn about songs, days of the week, months in a year, numbers from 0-20, time, weather, reading and writing to learn the alphabet, feelings, wellness, problem solving skills and other fun things!  The teacher will create weekly themes to guide the lessons. Examples of themes: holidays, seasons, animals, food, art, shapes, colors, and moods.

Students will learn foundational topics that will help them succeed in every day life like kindness, how to behave in a classroom, and sharing.

Daily Class Structure: 
Opening: Students share something about themselves with the class
Song: Video or teacher led song
Date: Learn about the days of the week and months of the year
Numbers: Counting and identifying numbers 0-20
Time: Talk about time related topics
Weather: Learn types of weather
Reading: Read words and sentences based on letter of the day
Writing: Letter practice
Feelings: Students learn about different emotions
Health tip of the day: Exercise or food related
Problem Solving Scenario: Students learn how to solve problems they may face in daily life

This class is structured using a power point slide with content to keep things organized and provide visuals for students to engage with.  We will have short videos, audio, pictures or text as appropriate.  

There will be time for each student to check in each day and share something with the class. Then we will jump into the more structured part of the day.

My teaching style is warm, energetic, welcoming, patient and fun. I like to listen to students as much as time allows.

Learners can interact with the teacher and each other via chat, speaking, posting on the classroom site and discussion during class.  We will talk about the material and do supportive knowledge checks during the lesson.

No prior experience or knowledge required. Beginners, ESL, EFL, and TESOL learners welcome!

No classes scheduled on US national holidays.  Message replies can be expected within 48 hours from Monday-Friday, 9-5pm EST.

If you need to miss class, that's fine!  You can get the information from recordings that can be viewed for 6 months and will show up in the classroom a few hours after each session.
