Learners will use their imaginations to visit a winter wonderland full of snowflakes, evergreens, and animals. Stretch, breathe, sing, and move along as you become a falling snowflake or a balance as a tall pine.  This class will begin with a warm-up and move through a sequence of playful movements.  This is a one-time "try it out" experience and will include imaginative yoga-based postures such as gate pose and tree pose, breathing exercises, and an ending relaxation time. Instructor will guide the participants and invite them to draw their winter wonderland at the conclusion of the session if they wish.
